This is not a Hard-O challenge meant to fail everyone out, but it's as real as it gets.

What happens if I miss a day?
Start over from day 1. You need to make it 90 days in a row to succeed in this challenge. It's meant to be difficult, not impossible. If you miss a day you just start again. Hopefully, through the challenge you realize what it takes for you to succeed. You can complete this challenge by simply following the rules. Rules set to help you put your day in perspective, build healthy habits, and to finish the day feeling accomplished. That in itself is worth the effort... But skipping a day or bending the rules is not an option!
Can I personalize or flex some of the activities, or even double up on a day to make up or skip tomorrow because of my schedule?
NO! This challenge is not about making things fit you and your current lifestyle. This challenge is meant to Fit YOU for a happier, healthier, more productive lifestyle.
If you want to get more out of this challenge, there is one question to ask yourself before you start the My Fit 4 Challenge: "What are you Fit 4?" (What are you Fit for?) It's a play on words to find or set a purpose in our daily lives for the next 42 days. Setting an intentional purpose can help guide you through the challenge. Having that intention can motivate you beyond your usual limits, and when things get difficult it will be helpful to look back on.
You’re encouraged to try new activities throughout the challenge. Finding your Fit can be part of the journey, and when you align your passions with your purpose you can guide your life decisions. Each day gets more focused including decisions that influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and even create meaning. It’s 42 days of consistency building off simple small habits, to decisions, to actions and towards truly living a happier, healthier, more productive lifestyle.
